The current owner of the domain 'helpingteens.org' is Adam Marshall (OverDrive), a resident of Toronto, Canada. The website as a whole, is run by a group of specially chosen Administrators who are in charge of maintaining the content of the website, the Live Chat and the Support Groups. Breaking apart the individual sections:

Within the Support Groups, Super Moderators (or Supermods) have the ability to moderate over all of the forums, and Moderators have the ability to moderate over ONLY their designated forums.
